- Dr. (Prof.) P. Varma was guest speaker in Central Zone CME organised by Ratlam Division Ophthalmic Society 14 February 2010.
( TOPIC :Corneal Injuries)
- 1st Prize in state level P.G ophthalmic quiz in MPSOS 2009 held at Bhopal, won by Dr. Preeti Meshram (RSO 3rd year), Dr. Raju Manglawat (RSO 3rd year), Dr, Vishal Kulkarni (RSO 2nd year).
- Dr. Rupali Bose (RSO 3rd year),was one of the 100 students to be selected for 2nd stage ophthalmology quiz, after all India screening.
- Dr. (Prof.) P. Varma was the moderator in AIOS-2010 in Retina session.
- Dr. (Prof.) U. Srivastava was awarded the best paper ( role of DDLS-disc damage likelihood scale in estimation ofGlaucoma ) in Glaucoma session in AIOS-2010.
- Dr. (prof) P. Varma & Dr. (Prof.) U. Srivastava were guest speakers in MPSOS-2009.
